We, at Enduristan, engineer and manufacture first-class motorcycle luggage. For us, off-road travelling and adventure touring have been a fixed part of our lives for years and all our developments are based on this rich pool of experience. So all of our products are absolutly 100% ready for off-road use.

All our tank bags, saddle bags, pack sacks, rucksacks, pannier toppers, ect. are 100% water, mud, sand and dust proof. You don't need any inner bags or rain covers at all.

You can see our products live at one of our dealers or at an event where we are present.

You can buy directly from us via this webshop or you can buy our products via one of our dealers. You can find all our dealers here.

We offer prepayment (bank transfer) and the option of pay with credit card (via PayPal) or PayPal.

Unfortunately it can happen that from time to time a product is not available in our web shop. However, this will be indicated directly at the product. All products that you can actually buy in the web shop are also available in our warehouse (technical errors excepted).

All countries to which we deliver directly are stored in the web shop with the corresponding delivery costs. For orders to other countries, we ask you to contact our distributors in the respective country.

We usually ship your order on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your package has been dispatched. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days within the EU and 5–10 business days to the UK.

Orders within the EU are shipped with GLS. Orders to the UK are shipped with FedEx.

If your package has not arrived within 5 working days after dispatch, please contact us, stating your order number. We will initiate an investigation and find a solution with you.

EU:Delivery costs are EUR 12 per order. Orders with a goods value of EUR 250 or more are shipped free of charge.

UK:Delivery costs are £12 per order. Orders with a goods value of £250 or more are shipped free of charge.

Shipping costs for other international orders are calculated automatically in the webshop and displayed in the shopping cart at checkout.

5 YEARS WARRANTY

Enduristan is proudly committed to first quality concerning design, manufacture and used materials of their products. Enduristan products are guaranteed for 5 years against defects in materials and manufacture. This warranty does not include normal wear and tear or mistreatment of the products.

Please contact your seller (online or your local dealer) with your invoice, who will then get in touch with us. If you bought the product directly from us at www.enduristan.eu, please contact us, stating the order number, a description of the damage and one or more meaningful pictures.

Our newsletter keeps you updated with our latest products and informs you about any news from Enduristan.

The newsletter is published at irregular intervals. You can unsubscribe at any time.

No! Privacy is also important for us. We only use your informations for sending you our newsletter who will be sent from our newsletter tool (Mailchimp). We don't give your data to other third parties.
